As a new form of international cooperation, multi‑generational and multi‑regional trust can expand through hybrid formats such as VR and online participation, developing the potential to become a “global Uchinan network” that shares peace, human rights, and the SDGs.

Looking toward 2030, the International Red‑White Singing Festival will evolve into a “musical world conference” transcending native languages, dialects, and pop culture. From youth to seniors, participants will appear in hybrid (in‑person and online) formats, turning the festival into an international collaborative platform that integrates performance with exchange, learning, and co‑creation.

The International Red‑White Singing Festival will be both a space where participants from diverse roots and experiences share their personal stories and an “experimental field for international understanding through music,” centered on peace, the SDGs, and inclusive societies.
