Experimental voyaging on Atomic hydrogen water shows 40% of oil cut

The news from Malaysia in July 2015 caught my eyes. The vessel that employed water-in-fuel emulsions in marine diesel engine safely arrived at the port at Kuantan after 24 hours of experiment.

In theory, the engine would stop running if water is mixed with fuel. How did Atomic hydrogen water trigger ignition and keep the engine reving up? The mystery still remains. Toshiharu Fukai, President Sosei World Co., Ltd., said that Atomic hydrogen water (SFW - Sosei Fuel Water) turns into hydrogen gas at the steam reforming stage. SFW made it possible to travel the same distance at the same speed with 40% less fuel for marine diesel engines. This phenomenon cannot be seen in hydrogen-rich water even that contains a high level of hydrogen. This proves that molecular hydrogen (H2) is stable and non-burnable.

There are many ways to measure Atomic hydrogen in water, but the method is not standardized.

However, if Atomic hydrogen can create a massive hydrogen gas and initiate or sustain a combustion process, this means that SFW contains Atomic hydrogen and stays separate from oxygen.

No one succeeded to inject Atomic hydrogen into water, emulsify oil and water, and use hydrogen as fuel. Many attempts have been made for so many years, but Atomic hydrogen could not stay in water for a long period of time. This is a historical event that water-in-fuel emulsions successfully ran a marine diesel engine for 24 hours. This experiment is still on-going and the ferry runs according to a set schedule without engine failure. 

Same result was found in the latest turbocharged petrol engine

Early October, the same experiment was requested and carried out in a turbocharged petrol engine at the head office of Sosei World in Nagano.

Unlike the experiment in Malaysia, the amount of water injected into the engine was controlled by a computer with no human intervention.

This meant the engine would be automatically stop if the computer detects contamination. Surprisingly, this experiment showed better result than the one conducted in Malaysia. The result showed not only a 40-60% decrease in oil use, but also the same level of energy efficiency from fuel return.

In other words, the computer recognized SFW as fuel and started injecting the appropriate amount of fuel to the engine. This experiment was performed openly to the public, and a number of engineers who observed this experiment were astonished by the result. A research institute in Tokyo plans to carry out a demonstration test soon. If you are an engineer or work in the environment sector, you may want to see the experiment at first hand.

Considering the fact that the international community is seeking the way to reduce CO2 emissions, we should be proud of the Japanese company that has obtained the technology to reduce fuel consumption of ocean vessels.

Toshiharu Fukai, the founder of SFW, has been working on the study of water for more than 20 years. He was shocked when he saw contaminated water running out from the hotel he owned at that time. The business was up and running, but he decided to sell the hotel and started the research on surfactant-free water. He presented "Sosei Water" at the press conference at Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University in 1995. Not only Sosei Water has a cleansing effect, but also it helps keep the colon healthy and treat eczema. The water is also effectively used for organic farming. He started receiving positive feedback from the users via mail, FAX and email.

Sosei Water also gets attention from cleaning and personal care industry where issues associated with chemicals are still unsolved.

However, it was quite hard to convince general public without any scientific evidence.

Good thing is that there are more news about Atomic hydrogen, and more people are interested in Atomic hydrogen water. Interesting enough, they also seek for the real hydrogen-rich water.

SFW is a part of Sosei Water. I believe that the study on Sosei Water will go beyond as well as EZ water if the idea that water holds memory is acknowledged by general public.

Fukai does not have a degree in science, but he developed SFW based on the principal of learning from nature, the idea advocated by Austrian scientist Viktor Schauberger. The moral attitude of respect for nature and water should be passed down to the next generation.

Researchers from all over the world has been looking for the water that contains a lot of Atomic hydrogen. This water may be acknowledged by general public in the future.

Hideo Yasuda, a Japanese business executive who was present at the experiment, has worked on a variety of projects for governments such as Malaysia and Thai for 40 years since he worked at Hitachi Seiki.

He was dubious about the project at first. However, when witnessing the experiment at the head office of Sosei World in Nagano, he was intrigued in SFW that may reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emission.

He sent the video to his friends and colleagues. Most of them did not believe in the result, but his long-term business partner from Malaysia showed interest. His name is Rao Yoon-Hee.

Rao thought, if Yasuda insists, he should go and see the engine that works with water. He visited the head office of Sosei in Nagano and saw the experiment on SFW at first hand. Rao was convinced as the result was exactly same as he saw in the video. He then decided to introduce the system to the fish boat in Malaysia.

Rao's business partners warned him this may be a fraud. In order to convince them, Rao requested the members at Sosei World to carry out the experiment on water-in-diesel emulsion combustion in Kuantan Malaysia. No one stopped Rao after witnessing the experiment.

SFW's system was implemented on land and in the boat right away, and Yasuda and Rao jumped into the boat for the test trip.

Upon returning from the day trip Yasuda stated,

"We came back from the trip with a boat that ran by water-in-diesel emulsion which enables to cut 40% of fuel. This is the truth. I know it's hard to believe but this is the truth. I would also like to reach out to the companies that own large sailing vessels which can show better results. I have worked on many international projects for a long time, but there is nothing like the SFW project. Japanese society doesn't easily acknowledge renewable energy that can possibly replace nuclear power, but I believe there are many international companies that would introduce this new technology if this is proven to be good. There are less regulations to introduce new systems overseas."

Remarks from the university professor

Study on Water-in-diesel emulsion proved that if addition of water into the diesel combustion process is successful, increas concentrations of water vapor in engine cylinder will result in an increase in primary fuel pump pressure. Prof. Shouzou Tsuruno wrote that SFW delivers higher calorific value than when 100 percent heavy oil is burned. This led to the hypothesis that SFW contains hydrogen peroxide although there is no scientific evidence.
Methods of observing Molecular hydrogen directly has yet to be established scientifically. However, Molecular hydrogen most likely will not produce such higher calorific value as it is not soluble in water. Prof. Tsuruno's study is explicable if hydrogen peroxide is dissolved in SFW as liquid. If experiment in Malaysia arrives at the conclusion that water-in-diesel emulsion improves calorific value, the study will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emission from a diesel engine for large vessels.
We are aiming to establish the technology to homogenize water in fuel and pass engine durability and endurance testing for SFW. We have no doubt that this technology has a great potential and impact on fuel efficiency.

The system was introduced to the fishing boat this time, but electronic power companies and companies that own large sailing vessels have contacted Sosei World after watching the video. There are rooms for improvement, but this is a promising project that can possibly reduce use of fossil fuels.

Many companies will need to seek sustainable and eco-friendly business models. Hydrogen peroxide water would be the solution to energy efficiency as well as an alternative to conventional medicine and pesticides. The system can be introduced to medical and agricultural industries.

As previously mentioned, many remarkable studies done on water are from Japan.

Prof. Shirahata from Kyushu University noticed the potential of hydrogen peroxide water and kept research on water for more than 30 years. He is well acknowledged and participated in the collaborative study at the home of The Nobel Assembly, Karolinska Institutet in Sweden.

Love Gratitude

Masaru Emoto obtained photographs of crystals formed in frozen water that proved the idea that thoughts and words affected the formation of water. Emoto passed away in October 2014.

He is acknowledged by many researchers and religious practitioners from all over the world as his study simplifies the theory that "water holds memory" and "water has its own identity". The idea is intertwined with recent quantum mechanics that theoretically supports the idea of harmony with nature.

As introduced above, SFW (Sosei Fuel Water) could be a solution to energy efficiency. The method is quite different from emulsified fuel in the past, as the water is directly injected into the engine combustion chamber. It is simpler and cheaper than other renewable energy system, and the result is remarkable.

However, we should know that any remarkable study results or revolutionary ideas themselves cannot change the way it is.

Dr. Ervin László, founder and president of The Club of Budapest, said in his book "Cosmos" that scientists only understand 4% of the universe and the other 96 percent remains a mystery. It is still scientifically unknown why water is constantly changing between the three states - ice, liquid and vapor. If we only believes in existing scientific facts, we will never be able to see the truth.

教育とグルーバリゼーション

～global citizenship education の可能性と限界～

 
2015年8月31日、第61回、国際学生会議の発表会が行われた。この会に来るのはこれで、4回目だが、この会議の一番の特徴は、国内外の学生が、1週間一緒に寝食を共にしながら、お互いを等身大で理解しながら、ひとつのことを徹底的に議論するところにある。

今回は、5つのtableに別れ、ナショナルアイデンティ、食の流通における安全と差別、LGBTフレンドリーな社会に向けて、越境する市民間関係、教育とグローリゼーションのテーマで5日間、議題しいよいよ発表の日を迎えた。

今回は、『教育とグルーバリゼーション』の議論に参加した学生さんにお話を聞いた。
Table５は、スリランカ、ベトナム、インドネシアの学生を含む、9名で話を進めた。

Global Citizenship Education（GCED 地球市民教育）は、2012年にUNESCOが、発表した新しい教育の概念。教育で、いかにして、世界をより平和的に、包括的で安全な、持続可能なものにするかという内容だ。

まずは、参加した学生さんにどうしてこの課題を選んだかについて聞いてみた。

＊UNESCOのHPなどで、GCEDの内容を見たが、どんなものになるのか想像できなかったので、価値観の違う学生と話しながら、答えを探りたかった。（日本）
＊大学で、GCEDのプログラムを取っていたので。世界市民って何だろう？
＊世界市民的な発想を知ることが必須の時代になる（インドネシア）
＊スリランカでは、30年間内紛が続いたが、GCEDの考えを国中に広げれば、争いもなくなると思った。（スリランカ）
＊教育がどのように現実の問題解決に役立つのか？(日本)
＊ベトナムではまだまだ教育制度など遅れているが、新しい教育の概念を学んで、世界の問題を解決しようというGCEDの取り組みに共感した。（ベトナム）
＊単に高度の勉強をするというより、社会のために学ぶ姿勢が大切と思い選んだ。（インドネシア）

など、様々だが、さて、5日間の議論でどのような発見があったのだろう。
続いて聞いてみた。

この5日間の議論の自分なりの結論（感想）は？

＊様々な国で価値観も違うが、GCEDの定義をまずは、はっきりすることが大事だと思った（日本）
＊価値観の違うものどうしでも、対話を繰り返していけば、必ず、人と人とは繋がっているということを理解できると思う。（日本）
＊理想的ではあるが、GCEDの教育理念が世界中に浸透すれば、無駄な争いがなくなっていくと思った。（インドネシア）
＊GCEDの考えを広めていくのは大切だが、それぞれの国でも独自の価値観がある。その点は認めながら、時間をかけてGCEDの考えを広げて行くことが大切だ。（スリランカ）
＊議論を進めていく中で、色々な価値感に触れられたことが、一番の成果だった。地球市民とは、より多くの価値観に共感できる人といえるかも知れない。（日本）
＊お互いを知り、理解しようと努力しながら、理論だけではなく、その考えを実際の社会問題に役立てようとする試みはとても重要なことだと思った。（ベトナム）
＊それぞれ、教育のレベルによって役割は違うが、発展途上の国のことも考慮した考え方が新鮮に思った。（ベトナム）
＊GCEDの考えが果たして正しいのかどうかを知ろうと議論を進めたが、様々な意見、価値感に触れながら、GCEDの考え方にそれぞれのメンバーが共感できたことが大きな成果だった。（日本）
＊UNESCOもこれがGCEDの教育だというはっきりとしたものは出していないが、自分たちなりには、ある程度、形になったものが出来たと思う。（日本）

教育を世界で起こっている問題解決に応用できるような形に変えていく、このGCEDの取り組みはまだ始まったばかりだが、意識の高い大学生同士が、議論の中で、お互いの価値観を共有し、認め合うことが出来る姿勢を身につければ、地球市民に一歩近づいたといえるのではないか？
対話を繰り返しながら、お互いを認め合う、そして持続可能な環境への配慮もしながら、それぞれが自分の役目を果たしていく。発表の終わった学生達もみんな地球市民になるべく新しいものをつかんだようだった。

スキーを楽しみながら、留学生と日本人学生が、ペアになって多言語でスキーの楽しさや地域の魅力を発信するインターンシップです。

ペアインターンシップの目的は、留学生と日本人学生が、おもてなし実地研修、スキー研修をしながら多言語での情報発信を行うことです。そこで、1泊2日で、事前研修を研修地出発前に東京で行います。
日本人学生は、留学生をサポートしながら、文化的背景の違う人をリードすることを学び、活動することにおいて、多文化社会でのリーダーシップを学んでもらいます。

留学生には、日本をより深く理解し、日本人学生と楽しみながら、

自分の言葉で、母国に情報発信をしてもらいます。
